WHAT WE DO!

• Provide information and referral on all aspects of blindness.
• Provide informative Programs relating to blindness and community affairs.
• Inform our members of and lobbying for key legislation which affects the lives of blind and

            visually impaired Oklahomans.

• Provide information on trends in adaptive technology.
• Partner with community agencies to make the metropolitan Oklahoma City area a

            better place to live.

• Public education and awareness training.

• Monthly business meetings with speakers on various blind and visually impaired related topics.
• Social and networking opportunities with blind and visually impaired people, including bowling.
• Annual participation in Disability Awareness Day at the State Capital and White Cane Day.
• Participation in Oklahoma Council of the Blind State Convention.
